Kettlebell is a cast steel spherical weight with handle, originating from Russia. It is suitable for several exercises. During the use of the tool the grib is placed far enough from the centre of the weight, therefore exercises require continuos coordinational capability, concentration and big effort. It keeps on stimulating deep muscles around the spine, the muscles of the hip and abdominal area. It also generates the stabilisation of the trunk.
